We visited Pollo Loco near Camino De La Reina again. The last time we ordered the 16 piece family meal we asked for thighs and drumsticks and received backs and wings. We complained to customer service and were given a $25 reward to use in our next visit. We went to order again about three weeks later and tried to use a coupon and the reward and were told we could not use both. I tried to explain to the manager that I was told I could use the reward with any offer. The manager...

Kudos to the manager and especially the cook (Jonathan) because he really knows how to get the chicken right- always juicy and never over cooked- years ago I stopped coming to this location but for the past year I could definitely tell the difference with the service and the way the chicken was grilled , I love Pollo Loco and have it like twice a week-Yummy, delicious, clean and decent prices -
