We went for lunch and it was busy. We waited before someone acknowledged us and when she did, she said the chicken wasn’t ready. We placed our order and waited. We wanted to sit outside because we had the dog. There were no umbrellas and no shade! We waited about 1/2 hour for our food. It was not a pleasant experience.

Parking: Right next to In and Out so parking was busy

Ordered a family meal on the El Pollo App. Used a discount on the app. Order was ready to go when I arrived. They reviewed my order with me and threw in an extra gravy for the mashed potatoes.

I love El Pollo Loco and visited this location in San Diego while we were vacationing there in early August of 2023. The food was delicious and value priced. We fed the family of four for less than $30. We cannot wait for El Pollo Loco to build their restaurant here in Colorado Springs.
