First off, I like this place. It’s fast, easy parking, very fair prices, and the food is perfectly on par with what you might expect at a small strip mall counter service restaurant. Is it going to be your most memorable meal ever? Probably not, but it easily beats any fast food restaurant and is much more affordable and quicker than a larger sit down restaurant.

I’m sure most customers here appreciate the guacamole and sour cream that comes sitting on top of most of the dishes here, but if you’re looking for a more traditional take, make sure to let them know while ordering. Even if it doesn’t say it on the menu, you’re better off mentioning it.

This one is definitely a burrito place.
Their burritos are delicious.
I've tried three: surf and turf, cabeza, and the shrimp.

My usual favorites are the surf and tuf and the cabeza, but at El Rodea, my favorite by far is the shrimp.
The flurry of tastes on the first two are actually is overpowering.
Shrimp on the other hand is extremely well balanced

As soon as you walk in atmosphere is a vibe and you can smell the amazing food! Campechana Fries 20/10 first time trying this place and definitely not disappointed definitely coming back and recommend two people either that have not seen this place. I’m always craving potato tacos and usually taco shops don’t have them this place has them and let me tell you it was super crispy and the whole taco had potato 20/10 ! The Horchata was 100% fire you know when the Horchata is fire, the food will be fire too!

My coworker enjoyed his huevos rancheros. I got a quesabirria and fish tacos. I did not enjoy my food. The quesabirria meat tasted like boiled pot roast and lacked essential flavors. The service was okay. I always expect hole-in-the-wall places to be the best, but it just wasn't flavorful enough. Maybe it was an off day.

I ordered just beans no rice, and they ignored that. Taco shells were burned black

I would have liked to order some food but they were in the back just standing there eating and talking on the phone for 5 minutes. Just go somewhere else. Plenty of other options that don't have bums hanging out

Everything I’ve tasted here has been spot on. At THAT price point, in THIS economy—you better believe I’m coming back often.

Excellent food, some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Pretty large portions, fairly priced, came out quick, and super friendly staff. 100% coming back. Also the habanero sauce was absurdly good!
