Elements Cafe/Culinary Savants

I recently was a recipient of a fresh meal delivered by the owner of this restaurant and let me tell you..it was amazing!..the food was so delicious..my roommate and i fought over it..the artichoke dip was to die for..best ive ever had!...pulled pork was way better than Phil's BBQ..hands down..a delicious salad fresh baed bread and dessert of cannolis and brownies..cannot stop thinking about it..gotta order again soon..

I was very happy w the food here and will keep Elements Cafe in mind as my first recommendation whenever I go out to lunch with someone. Though, this is a place to go for the *food*. The place itself is nothing fancy. You pay up front at the cashier and carry your food in styrofoam containers on a tray to your table or out to the courtyard, and pick up your own utensils. This is a hidden little gem that strikes many chords of excellence. We tried this on a Groupon ordering the special carnitas with beans salad and chocolate cake. The carnitas was some the best I've ever had. Sopped in its own juices it had superb flavors and simply incredible. And what's so special about a salad? How about home made dressings!
