If you're thinking about trying this cafe, this is your sign. I tried the fig toast which featured prosciutto, goat cheese, avocado, and balsamic. The avocado was fresh, the bread was nicely toasted, the goat cheese was delicious, the balsamic was sweet and the prosciutto was thinly cut so it wasn't difficult to eat. Overall delicious food, worth the price in my opinion. Would come here again to support a small business.

I come here almost every week for lunch since I work close by. The food is delicious and the drinks are great! The staff are wonderful and always welcoming. Every time I bring a friend or family member here, they’re always impressed by the numerous options and high quality.

Elmisa Cafe Rancho Bernardo is a quaint, spot located on a busy intersection. The kitchen is constantly moving, and the breakfast menu is varied and appealing. Service here is friendly and the staff is knowledgeable about the offerings.

I ordered the Power Bowl, which came served in a plastic container—a detail that felt a little odd since we were dining on-site. The bowl was generously filled with walnuts, bananas, strawberries, coconut, dates, and covered...
