Simply the best! We’re visiting from the Washington, DC area and happened to find this incredible gem on our way to the wildlife park in Escondido. The perfectly blended coffee drinks, the delicious bakery selection & other food options, and the wonderful service all make this the highest ranking in my book. Please consider opening up a second location in the Washington, DC area!
The staff are friendly, the coffee is delicious, the atmosphere is light and casual, and the biscuits and jam are made in-house 🤌

COMPA COFFEE ROASTERS is a great neighborhood coffee spot in a Rancho Bernardo retail plaza. The coffee is 20/10 and always busy, with a nitro brew that is not bitter. The matcha is perfectly made, and the food is fresh and excellent for a quick bite, including a Greek yogurt parfait and banana chia pudding with spectacular granola. Everything is homemade with reasonable prices for the excellent quality.
The vibe is super laid-back, easygoing, warm, modern, and welcoming. It is an easy spot to relax, hang out, catch up with a friend, or get some work done, with great seating options both indoor and outdoor and music that isn't obnoxious. The customer service is amazing, fast, and genuinely friendly and welcoming. Orders can be placed online with an easy-to-use site. It is a favorite coffee shop, and a larger spot with beer and wine in the evening is a hoped-for future addition.
