I could suggest this one mexican restaurant place to buy your kind of combo meal or burrito combo meal or of one of three or four but theres more places so this could be one of the three or four mexican restaurant places to get your burrito or combo burrito meal. Besides only been there when visiting in San Diego then who lives by there or stop by there when they can often .

This place has the best california burrito to sober up. Hands down. The burrito was gone in less than 5 minutes. I inhaled it. :)

I was the ONLY customer there and they still got my order completely wrong. Food was absolutely disgusting and I for sure won’t be back. Go elsewhere so you don’t waste your money and definitely do not tip if it’s your first time. Even more disappointing. I should’ve known better when I pulled up to an empty taco shop. Lastly, they did NOT give me a receipt or put it inside the bag with the food.

Was my go to spot but it has slipped recently. As I was in the drive thru. Someone complained about the fries being undercooked. The carne asada fries i ordered shared the same fate. And they're now nickel and dime ings people for tips now? Its a shame. $20 carne asada fries that are noticeably smaller and undercooked is a scam in San Diego

Dont know where all these bad reviews are coming from I just ordered from here thru grubby at about 130am. It got here at about 230am so I wont base my review on it being cold and the box being smashed on the restaurant. I got the carne asada fries it had a few fat pieces of meat that is just chewy.. im not fan but other than that food was really good. Meat was tasty, fries where on point. I will try again.

I just ordered 2 fish tacos which looked great until I checked for the fish and there was no fish i either one and looked like scrapings from the stove. I'm so disappointed!! I've been going there for decades but will not be going back.

Use to be okay but it’s not even edible anymore. The french fries are basically still frozen it’s like they cook them on the hot sidewalk. The burritos are just a pile of a warm slop wrapped up in a thin tortilla, barely any meat at all. And the price keeps going up. Sad

I would not recommend this place. I used to love this place for the past 25 years living off of Adams Avenue and would come over here instead of other places. And everything was great! The Food, Service, Workers, the Owner son in-law was a nice young man. Well, fast forward 4/20/2026 @ 5pm I went there and ordered a vegetarian burrito. And this is what I received. The food was cold. It had no beans in it to make it warm. It had no guacamole. It had no sour cream. What was in it? It is what you see here, It was about 65% rice 25% lettuce, 5% pico de gallo and 5% cheese. It was cold because there were no beans. I asked for a cup of ice and I told him I would be willing to pay. He said the ice would be five dollars. I said five dollars for ice!!! he looked at the lady the cashier and they both agreed five dollars. And I was hesitant, and I said “ all I have is two dollars “ he took the two dollars I wasn’t expecting him to take it. I wanted to test his character, well he took it. He could’ve charged me $.50 or $.75 so anyways he and the cashier at the window, took the money and laughed. So I won’t be going back there and I would encourage other people that I come across also to stay away, especially African-Americans or Black people or whatever. The guy had these big holes in his ears, stretching out not a nice man.

Twice the price since 2021 and half the quality. Different workers every other week, now charge credit card fees, prices going up faster than gasoline. Was closed on a Friday morning, seems to be on the decline.
