I would have rated it 5 stars but I saw an employee cough in her hands and wipe her nose then proceeded to touch food right after (without washing or sanitizing). Even before covid, I think that's gross.
It's all about chicken and other fried stuff. Although they now have dine in service you may want to take your meal to go. The inside didn't have the best ambiance but that was no big deal, just an observation. The other reason I suggest take out is because the Firebird Chicken Sandwich (the most popular one) is SUPER sloppy to eat. I mean, nearly impossible to eat, can't put it down or you'll never be able to pick it up again, sloppy. They really should have...
