The food is overpriced and not actually good. The clam chowder was fine but everything else was disappointing. I guess it’s a tourist trap.

Great being on the water and the food was great. Always a key to get the cioppino, which 3 of us got, and the other dishes went well. Can't go wrong with fresh seafood!
Parking: The Midway is always good to see, and we got to talk about the Bob Hope memorial with our guests.

Our daughter was visiting and wanted to eat here. This was not our first experience with this restaurant. Today in the local newspaper, it was announced that The Fish Market - San Diego was being sold to a local chain of seafood restaurants. Apparently the staff read the newspaper. Most of them presented with angry faces to customers. I don't blame them (mostly). Our server splashed water on our table after refilling a water glass. Maybe she didn't realize it when she turned and walked away. It was disappointing for our family meal.

Chowder was very tasty w lemon zest. Halibut and Sea Bass were very tender and flavorful but very rich. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It is hard to appreciate the view from the porch when it is dark. Recommend sunset.

The fried octopus amazing ⭐️… very delicious food, the terrace is nice but they placed us at a table where you feel very cornered and don't feel like staying for a long time for the same reason. Overall a good experience to visit

We had a great dinner on a Sunday night. It was spacious and looked like a classic diner. The bartender was nice and knowledgeable about the menu. The drink menu was diverse. The food was amazing. It took a little while, but the flavor in the seafood plater was amazing ?. We had a good time in San Diego. We will be back soon.

The service was great! But I got a blackened halibut and that was not the best experience. The seasoned it with something so spicy that half of my face was burning for 30 min. No one said it will be so spicy. Just pure pain :(

Had an absolutely wonderful lunch here. Got the outdoor seating right next to the water, watched the boats tool around the bay. Food was fantastic! Fresh, well prepared sea food, perfect amount of seasoning. Our server was happy and very prompt with drinks and all our meal items. Would absolutely try again!
