I wanted a very specific kind of food so I ordered a couple grilled cheeses. Paid $17 for two soggy buns and some cold Kraft singles slapped on them. I know inflation is bad but it's hard to believe I got priced out of bare minimum effort, too.

Trash customer service, stood there for a solid minute with an employee not even acknowledging me or saying at the very least "we'll be right with you". When another customer came by and asked what was going on, same lazy employee was like "um, it's not looking like we'll be open on time...". What?

Tried the one at the nex san diego. Was a ok burger. Fries were ok but a little soggy should have had a little crunch but they didn't. Overall not bad but was definitely not a 23 dollar burger and fries. Won't spend the money on 5 guys again. Was not worth that much. Have had much better burger and fries for alot less.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This review is purely on the lack of customer service. I placed an online order for pickup on July 5th, long story short, they had to cancel the order and here I am 20 days later STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND! I have talked with the customer service department at least 5 times and it's always the same answer, "you should see a refund in 3-5 days." It's very frustrating that I can't even get through to talk to a supervisor about this issue. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service this company has.

I have eaten at a greasy spoon the longest. For a burger and fries I paid 20 they spill your fries loose in a bag, the onions for what your paying should be sliced not chopped oh and the burger should be drip dry

Not sure if just lazy employees or nobody working there knows what's going on. Website says they open at 0730. Sticker on the outside says they open at 0800 Monday through Friday and that they open 0930 Saturday and Sunday.It's Friday morning at 0849 and they told me they don't open until 0930. Pretty annoyed with the lack of information this chain has.

This place has good food and quick service, something I've had a somewhat difficult time finding consistently in Cali. Unfortunately a major turn off is the foods prices. When you gotta drop 10 for the burger, 4 for an absurd amount of greasy fries and 3ish for a drink, you might have well as gone to a better dinner area. Food for thought; there's places you can get a decent sized steak for a similar price
