Somehow the exchange managed to come up with a reward system they can’t backup.
Customer can’t check their reward customer service zero clue what to do and blame the system for it. Customer bo way to redeem their rewards.
This San Diego main exchange is by far the worst Exchange of all of the Exchanges (BX, PX, NEX, MCX) that I have been shopping in the last 24 years. Customer service is horrible, employees are rude to the guess.
