I asked for the cake batter flavor ice cream and was given vanilla, and when I went back to ask he confirmed it was cake batter but I knew it wasn’t, and I was really disappointed afterwards since I don’t get Cold Stone too often and it’s my favorite flavor.
The manager named Julia gave an attitude to me and to my kids. My kids were just super excited and touching the glass where the ice creams are. She told me to tell the kids not to lean on the glass and my kids didn’t do it. So while I was in the counter and going to pay for the ice cream, I asked the cashier if I could get a bottled water and she yeld at me and said “NO”. Is that appropriate? Cold Stone has a wide variety of mix-ins and flavors, but this time it wasn’t really my taste. I tried the cheesecake flavor with salted caramel, and it was much sweeter than I expected. The portion size was also very large, which made it a bit overwhelming to finish. If you enjoy rich, very sweet ice cream, you might like it, but it wasn’t for me.
