I come to this location every week. EVERY single week with a friend. It’s a place we go to de stress. Well typically I interact with Karen and she is amazing. Today I interacted with Adrian and he was anything but that. I had a BOGO and on the website it did not show that it had to be the exact same item . Very friendly vibes! Tried some great combinations tonight, that were recommended by the staff! Ultimately I went for the peanut butter ice cream and a scoop of butter pecan! TOO DIE FOR!!!!

So I love cold stone it is one of my few things I really enjoy in life. Today I realized my life was a lie not only did they not remember the size of what I ordered when they realized I ordered gotta have it instead of a love it all Adrian did was swap the cup. I was shocked he didn't even try to correct it or fix the size and still charged me the gotta have it price. The worse part is he didn't even mix it so I had a mostly chocolate ice cream then bottom had the other things.
