Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

We had the pleasure of being served by Raphael Silveira during our recent visit to Fogo de Chão, and the service he provided was truly exceptional. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming.
Raphael stood out with his excellent attention to detail. He anticipated our needs, ensuring our plates were consistently full with our favorite cuts of meat and our glasses were never empty. He patiently explained the options, offered great recommendations, and showed a deep knowledge of the menu.
Beyond his efficiency, what truly made the experience memorable was his friendly and kind demeanor. He made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. It's rare to find a server who combines such technical excellence with such a warm personality.
Thanks to Raphael, our meal was not only delicious but also a very special occasion. He is a true ambassador for Fogo de Chão's quality and hospitality. We highly recommend asking for him for a flawless dining experience.

We had the most excellent date night tonight! Our server Anna was such a fun addition to our night. We loved the little banter we had towards the end of our meal it really made the meal more memorable. We also loved the staff who served us all of our cuts of meat. We didn’t catch all of their names just rafa and Ramon. I swear they were trying to make sure we got the most flavorful parts of the meat! Thank you for that! We will absolutely be coming back!

Anna , Javier, Ramon & Rafa were amazing !!! The service was prompt , friendly and very helpful! I can honestly say the service was top notch. My husband and I were very grateful to have such an enjoyable evening out. With service like this we will be back and make sure to let our friends know as well! Thanks all!

The food was amazing but the service was excellent!! Andrea went above and beyond to make our anniversary amazing !! And even took time to take our pictures. She made it a special night and definitely recommend coming here to celebrate.

Meats are over cooked. Service is a joke. Servers don’t stop at your table unless you flag them down. Management don’t call back on complaints. Apparently, they don’t care if you were not happy with service. I guess they feel like they make enough money from the franchise name that service and quality of food isn’t important.

Today was our anniversary dinner so we decided to go to Fogo to enjoy a delicious meal. Food was amazing but what stood out to us the most was the service. We had servers coming up to us every few minutes to check in if we needed anything else, and our specific server Ulysses's was amazing and attentive! He thoroughly explained the experience. Took note that it was our anniversary. And connected with us on a deeper level! Most servers just wants to serve you and go but Ulysses weren’t above and beyond to give an anniversary dinner we’ll never forget, is safe to say we’ll be coming back! And asking for Ulysses to be our server!

Andrea was phenomenal, she was so attentive and always had our drinks full. She helped out our group who hadn’t been before and had questions about the menu. We had a wonderful time!
