As I walked from Petco Stadium, after the afternoon game, I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem! I peeked in and could t resist trying their “Parfait Sigbature” - chocolate mousse decadence! It was refreshing to find an upscale European bakery in Gaslamp! I enjoyed my treat on their patio, that brought me back to Paris ?
Such a cute and tasty place downtown SD. We grabbed a caramel Brulé latte and a fancy hot chocolate with.. a cookie on a croissant! It was perfect amount of sweetness. Such a great combination. The place was open and the decor was just as cute and gave the vibe of a cafe in Paris. There were open seating the windows opened out to the street. I am sure it would be perfect on a sunny day! We came for the first time in 2015, eclair was very delicious. My sister and I decided to have breakfast at Partfait yesterday. Egg benedict was a little salty but delicious. It was lighter and more delicious when made with a croissant. My favorite this time was Nutella Cruffin. If you like Nutella, you should definitely try it. Of course, I will go again at the first opportunity.
