The ahi tartare is highly recommended for its impressive flavor with capers, zest, oyster mayonnaise, and egg yolk. The seafood tower and wood-grilled oysters are great for sharing, and the pasta special (Honey Garlic Sriracha) with shrimp is divine, blending sweet and spicy perfectly.
