Last few times I've tried to get a cheesesteak they have a sign stating they've closed early for the day. It's 3pm !!!! It's all good Gaglione guys... I've found a new cheesesteak shop to go to in OB... peace

Utter deliciousness! Everything here is great. The garlic fries are enough to feed a family of four. The cheesesteaks are sooo good too.

Customer service is great every time we come here. Their sandwiches are seasoned well like I've had in Philly...this was a lot of food next time we can share a 12 or 17 and fries.

Says open on Saturday until 9 p.m. has no sign on the front door indicating that they will be closing early or any change of hours. Drove 14 miles just to find a locked door. Extremely unprofessional DO NOT come to this restaurant. Management is a joke

Hi! I'm from Philly, and before I ever tasted the meatball sandwich, I promised the young lady who was handling the shop that I was going to leave her a nice yelp, because she was so great on the phone when I was trying to find out if they had meatballs and about their sandwich, really terrific customer service, cheery and informative. Also, the same in person. Just good work, Diana! Thank you! The sandwich was good, too, although a bit too much parsley in the sauce and a tad too much filler in the meat. But, really tasty and great rolls. Thank you!

NO NO NO NO NO - This is not a Philly cheesesteak, this is an okay hot roast beef sub. 1. The roll is not an Italian roll with crispy outside and soft inside. 2. The meat is not rib steak sliced very, very thin 3. The meat is probably top round, nice for a roast beef hoagie 4. The sub was served with a smile and great attitude - don't count on that in a Philly steak shop The service is great, the place is clean. I was thinking about giving 3 stars but the garlic fries were disappointing - probably from the frozen as is common in San Diego. Sorry - but if you advertise Philly cheesesteaks, you f%$^ing better have Philly cheesesteak.

Steak sub was HORRIBLE the meat had so much cartilage, we had to spit out every other bite , we mentioned it to the staff and the reply was 'my bad' , not what I was expecting after spending $47 , very disappointed.

Tried calling 2 times at 8:20 on nation cheesesteak day and no answer. So I rushed to the restaurant to get there before they closed. Got there at 8:40 and the dude said they were closed. Really bummed
Tried to order from here but they never answered their phone (called an embarrassing number of times trying to get it to pick up). The website just sends you to Grubhub which for some reason wasn't letting me set it for pickup there. Kid had a meltdown so we had to go elsewhere. Also, when I tried to get directions the map on my phone said it was a hairdresser??? Is this not the up to date page???

From the northeast, about an hour north of Philly. Ganglion Bros subs are delicious and taste like home.

01/12/22 - First time trying this spot for take out. I am a s***** for cheesesteaks and my coworkers recommended it. The restaurant has an ample amount of parking. They have a couple tables outside and very clean and spacious inside. The person that took my order was very friendly. They have a soda machine and a pickle/pepper bar which was very exciting for me. :) The "bar" had an assortment of sweet and hot peppers, pepperoncini, pickles and different condiments. We ordered the mushroom cheesesteak and the works and their garlic cheese fries. One order of the fries come with two small containers of the cheese and it was extra $.50 for two small to go containers. The fries didn't look too garlicky but it definitely was. Just enough to not be overpowering. The cheesesteaks has a good amount of meat and cheese and the bread was very good. I highly recommend this place. My friend said the peppers on the works was spicy but very good. Unfortunately, I was too hungry to take pictures but will do when I come back.

We came to spend the day at sea world and wanted to get some food before a long drive home. I googled and found this awesome Cheesesteak place! So glad we did! Food was very yummy! The employees were very polite and helpful . Thank you for great customer service and food! We will be back !

We love this place but were shocked to find that all 3 employees working were not wearing masks (01/01/21). When I asked the cashier if they had hand sanitizer after using one of their pens, he pointed to the dispenser and said, "Yeah but I don't think it works". The actual food that we got was delicious and the service otherwise was great. However, this establishment not adopting Covid-19 protocols leaves us unsatisfied overall. We will visit again at a later time, after the pandemic or at least when we see that workers are willing to at least wear masks.
