I’m avid fan of Vietnamese food. But I have to say the food was just ok and the serving was not as good as other places. Staff was friendly and nice. Place was clean. Parking was kinda hard.
Visiting the city and feeling under the weather so decided to do a little better than chicken soup so decided on pho. Live near DC and have visited Hawaii several times recently and was impressed with the San Diego take on pho takeout. Northern VA drowns you in plastic containers with takeout and Hawaii has giant spring roll portions. This restaurant put all the essentials in a bowl, toppings in a bag, and broth in a container you could reheat when you got home - easy to reassemble....

Coconut dipping sauce. Muah! The secret crunch on the inside of the spring rolls... Very unexpected.
The twin cities SE Asian communities need to adopt some of these ideas. I wish I was staying longer so I could try more. Hats off to you. Highly recommended.
