While this is one of our three top Chinese restaurants in our rotation, we hadn’t dined here in a while so we took our son & his girlfriend (who had never dined here previously) here. We were surprised they had added a few new items on their menu… One of which were Salt & Pepper Eggplant! We absolutely love their S&P Asparagus and it was hard not ordering it, to try something new but we did. We got the S&P Eggplant and it did NOT disappoint, it was OUTSTANDINGLY...
This is usually one of our go-to places when we visit SD. The food is normally great, but this time, the fried rice was cool and did not have much flavor. We were able to get a warm rice after telling them the rice was cool, but still not much flavor. Also, our Kung pao chicken didn't have any veges, and no spiciness. Just wondering if they have a new cook. A bit disappointed. Hoping for better results next visit.
