Earl Grey tea was good. The server let me look at the paper menu selections instead of just the selections from the wall display, because I was wondering the tea selections. Excellent.

However, it went from excellent to bad. The server neglected to asked my preference on sugar and ice level. She did 50% sugar and regular ice level. Very wrong! Because it was too sweet, I dumped it. A waste of $8!

Hence, the 3 stars to average out....

My favorite place for a sweet treat! The staff is super friendly, and I am never disappointed with what I get. My go to is the Taro Milk Tea with crème brûlée topping, but everything I've tried is delicious.
