For the quality and price, you cannot beat Gorilla Eats' sushi. We've had several and consistently go back to the Umami Roll. It's got umami, crispiness, tanginess, freshness, protein. This place is in my top 3 restaurants of SD.

It's just a to go place combined with a few other places. The food quality is not very good, pretty low mid-tier. This is for when you don't care much about quality and flavor, you just want to eat.
The ordering is fairly easy and convenient. Not much to write about.

First time here. We got the California deluxe, Trifecta, and Umami rolls as well as the inari nigiri. Great flavors and textures. Overall excellent vegan sushi. Order in advance and pick up at the locker.
