Tried Aztec Smash Burger for the first time and was genuinely impressed.
The burgers were excellent~crispy smash patties, fresh buns, and great flavor. I added lettuce, tomato, and pickles to the Jalapeño Smash Burger and it was delicious. Burger was Slightly too salty, but still fantastic.

So this is like a ghost kitchen. Sort of. It’s a place you can get food, and there’s people behind the scenes, but there’s no a person in sight. Everything is done on Grubhub/UberEats/Doordash.
First time in person is wild for me. Just show your details from your phone to a camera and the door opens with your food when the app says your food is ready.
