My co-workers and I had lunch here for a retirement luncheon. We are a small office, party of 9. Our waitress was nice and took our order. After 45 or so, she started to bring our dishes out… one by one. Someone at our table go a meal every 20-30 minutes. By the time I receive my meal, 3 of my co-workers had finished their meals… that were served 30 minutes prior. Again, we were a party of nine people. Two hours into our meal, the last person still had not been served her meal…. TWO HOURS after having placed her order, she still had not been served! The waitress was apologetic, but offered no remedy. Waitress blamed the kitchen staff. Other couples who came after us were served their meals while we waited one….by….one. The food was tasty, but this experience has deterred me from ever coming here again.

The only thing was the service, but I felt maybe it was just because they may have been short staffed that day. The sushi is nothing special. The main food and the variois buns are pretty delicious, though. Nice atmosphere and a comfortable vibe.

Good ramen, but the starters, especially the octopus balls, are unfortunately just greasy and without much taste. Service is ok, but unfortunately not particularly attentive

The buns are amazing, but it takes the kitchen FOREVER to make anything

I wish I could review my noodles, but I never received them. The server kept saying they were on the way 🤦🏻‍♀️

We were a party of 9 & everyone’s food came out like 30 minutes apart. They apologized but didn’t offer anything in return for their horrible service.

My boyfriend and I recently visited and had a good overall experience. The Hangry Chicks buns were cute but the flavor was just okay. My boyfriend tried the High Noon and loved the chicken flavor, saying the ramen was also great. I opted for the Flying Pig, and it was delicious--especially the broth, which my boyfriend also really enjoyed. We also tried the kimchi, and it was tasty as well.

The decor is adorable, with little chick characters adding a fun touch. We went around 5:30-6 PM on a Friday, so there was a short wait of about 5 minutes despite open tables, which made me wonder if they were short-staffed.

The service was friendly and welcoming, and while the prices felt a little high, that's pretty typical for Little Italy. The menu has a lot of variety, so I'll definitely be back to try more dishes

Made pick up order, showed up when it was time to pick up order. It was another 30 minutes before the food was ready.

Asked for a refund to go somewhere else, and was told the manager was coming over to make the refund but finally brought out the order instead of refunding my order

Bulgogi fries where mostly mushrooms not beef.

The food is really good. We did go on Saturday night and they were understaffed. The service was slow but not their fault.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of tables with little kids. Servers were good with kids.

Window open made it pretty cold and smelling of urine from the outside. Food came fast and was quite tasty, although for some reason we had to get our own high chairs.

Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs. Decent number of things kids will eat. Faucets are obnoxious for helping kids wash their hands. Food comes very quickly.

Came in on a super slow time of the day with my daughter..ordered her the simplest order of ramen with just chicken and noodles. Nothing else, nothing for myself.

Waited a half hour, guy behind me in line got his order first, 2 parties seated after our order get their orders and already started eating …me n my daughter still sitting there. It’s a pretty empty restaurant so can’t really miss us sitting there . Kitchen staff could care less they missed a whole order, I mean it’s an open kitchen location so you can see and hear everything going on.

Normally a pretty good location guess only when it’s busy. 2 stars for today’s experience.

I was so excited to bring my daughter here and it did not disappoint! Great service and the dumplings were as cute as we’d hoped.

Finally the food has a face again and you can play with your food while eating. An absolute recommendation with children ??

Food was disappointing. We had the "spicy" drunken noodles expecting it to be savory, spicy, and made Thai style. Instead it was basically sweet Teriyaki noodles with chicken. Whack asf.

We also ordered Ribeye teriyaki on the skillet and the flavor pallet was basically the same as the drunken noodles. It was ok.

The service was great and the presentation made everything look delicious. But lipstick on a pig is still a pig. Good for date night and posting photos to social, but that's about it.

Came here to eat for my birthday. We showed up around 8:40, waited around at the front to be acknowledged, when the girl finally came up to talk with us she said that they stop seating at 8:45 and refused us service. She was so rude and even made faces at us… so weird. I thought they closed at 10, I was wrong they close at 9:30. Just put your closing time as the time that you stop seating people.
