I’m 22 years old. This was the best ramen I’ve ever had. The garden party.

We were going to go to the Ramen place at liberty station but their parking sucked so their loss was this place gain because we'll definitely be back. This place was so delicious. The edamame was so good. I got the chicken yakisoba, best I've ever had. Potstickers, so good. My sister and niece loved whatever sushi and ramen bowls they got. The outdoor patio has the perfect atmosphere as well.

I wouldn't go back because I think there are better options close by. The bulgogi fries were under cooked and even the cheese wasn't melted. Did not come sizzling like the menu said. The shrimp in the bao bun was undercooked enough to be raw and low flavor. So we abandoned eating the rest after that. The flying pig was the most eaten item at the table as we ate family style but its definitely heavy on the brussel sprouts flavor. We also liked the spam bao buns quite a bit. Bulgogi don't had mixed reviews from the table and I think it varied by preference. It was not busy so I am not giving any grace for rushed cooks. Less than half full. Our servers were fun and kind, especially the hostess.

What a jewel! I've been here four times and I haven't been disappointed. The food is exquisite. Ramen is great! Sushi can't envy other places in the area. The buns are always a win for kids. Service is great and the vibe is top.

I really wanted to like this place.. but it was the most mid sushi & ramen experience i’ve had. salmon nigiri was lacking the buttery rich flavor and texture that salmon nigiri is known for. the scallop nigiri was alright, nice size, but again something was just…. lacking. the roll that I got was also lacking the fresh sushi flavor. the ramen was okay- very average and nothing memorable. noodles weren’t anything special either.
for food, the character buns were the highlight and only because they were super cute.
aside from the mid food, the atmosphere was really nice. beautiful interior and a gorgeous view of the ocean.
as for service: our waiter took forever to get to us. I had to flag him down and he didn’t even introduce himself or welcome us, which I thought was a detail I wouldn’t really care about, but I guess when little things like that are lacking, they really do stand out. our waters were never refilled, and we probably saw and interacted with the bus boy more than our own waiter.
the food was nicely priced at least! accessible food for a seemingly nicer food experience.

Not a fan. Sushi was not good, had the California roll and it left a bad taste in my mouth, bulgogi noodles lacked flavor, the pork buns needed more sauce, the Yakisoba noodles were decent, but honestly, wasn’t worth is. Won’t be back.

This place was BOMB! We live in the area, but have never been in before, but that changed today! Food, atmosphere and service (shout out Dylan) were TOP NOTCH! I used to be a restaurant manager and my husband a chef all over San Francisco, so we are always observant to service, food quality, and ambience. The space was beautiful, food was mind blowing (ramen broth was epic, buns were fab, and Katsu was perfectly cooked with explosive flavors in best way), and service was patient, friendly and hospitable. My husband literally said, “this is my new favorite restaurant!” That said, props to the owner and management, you are really doing it right, and we can’t wait to come back both with each other for future date days/nights, as well as with friends and family!

Every. Freaking. Time.
I LOVE Harumama. I was so excited when one was opening up around the corner from me. Apparently no one can read or double check an order. It’s the consistent lack of paying attention to detail AND orders not being ready even after I show up 10 minutes past the pick up time (and I had to wait another 10 minutes) that really makes me never want to eat here again, even after it changed hands. I say that with 10+ years in the food/beverage industry. Get it together folks.

Food was good. Price was accessible. Everything good except they highkey do not care about you. Bad service. Despite only the 10 minute wait time to get a table, our waiter never checked up on us. Waters were never refilled and dirty dishes were NEVER picked up. Our table was full of dirty dishes even after paying for the check.
