Herb & Wood is a restaurant known for its excellent food and terrific service. The menu offers a variety of dishes, from fillet mignon and branzino to swordfish and bone marrow, which comes with fresh oysters. The Hamachi appetizer is a favorite, and the beef cheek and swordfish steak are highly recommended. The pasta and vegetables are also excellent. The desserts are exceptional. The restaurant has a unique decor, with hard surfaces that create a lively ambiance. It can be a bit noisy, but that seems to add to the experience for some. Reservations are recommended, as it can get quite busy, even on weeknights. The tomato medley was delicious, and the seared tuna steak was delicious and beautifully prepared. The pizzas were good. The steak was amazing. The food was great, paired with great cocktails, and the ambience and music were great.
