Felt antiquated. I was there for a comedy show. Comic was also not the greatest. Didn't order food, options were limited, and drinks ok.

I attended an event in the Voodo Room and the staff was amazing! So nice and willing to answer all my questions and make sure I was able to find my seat.

I came here with my daughter and a friend for a concert on September 12, 2024. The concert was supposed to be in the Voodoo Room. I saw no signage directing me to that location but my GPS took me to the House of Blues and I saw a giant line outside the venue and figured we were in the right place. I purchased 3 fast lane tickets at $20 each and after waiting in line in the fast lane for 30-45 minutes we finally made it to the front of the line where the staff members were scanning tickets. I was told we were not in the correct line and that the Voodoo Room was located in a different place. We went to the Voodoo Room, and there was NO line whatsoever, so fast lane tickets were NOT warranted and should NOT have been sold, meaning I had wasted $60 for nothing. I have attempted to get a refund through Ticketmaster, but was told that all sales were final per their terms and conditions. All of this could have been avoided with proper signage at the venue directing me to the correct location. I am now out $60. Not happy!!!
Security service was terrible and drinks are way overpriced. Plus they don’t let you in and out.
Wonderful performance tonight, but the staff was so disgustingly rude. I got pulled aside and almost kicked out because they thought I was drinking alcohol underage. I was drinking STRAWBERRY LEMONADE. The security guard was an asshole and not once did he seem apologetic for pulling me out of the venue, even after I was proven innocent. He kept saying "you have to leave" and "we say you drinking". Not once did he actually ask me if I was drinking.
TL;DR Nasty Staff, Horrible Lemonade
I have some good connections with the music industry and with musician managers, and I will be calling each and every one of them to let them know to steer clear of this freak show.

Had a great time at the Dylan Schneider concert. This offers a great space for easy access to the concert and the bar if need be. Staff was awesome and super friendly

A wonderful and intimate place to enjoy your favorite bands. Even at the balcony, you feel you can reach out and touch the bands.
The pizza was decent too!

Really like their HOB smashburger and fries. Top chef Margaritas are pretty tasty too. If you have dinner in the restaurant you can get a FastPass for the show upstairs. This saves you having to wait in a long line with your ticket. Also drinks in the restaurant are appreciably less expensive than in the concert venue.
