One of my favorite breakfast spots. I’ve been eating here for years. We try to go at least once a month. My favorite dish- kielbasa, eggs, and hash-brown.

Great food, standard diner breakfast that warms the soul. Awesome environment, you can tell they are very involved in the community, helping the food bank next door and they had people gathered in the back, I asked the waitress about it and they were holding an AA meeting. Loved supporting local. And great prices!
Like an old diner. So cool with old school home cooked meals. Try the homemade jams.

I had a wonderful experience having breakfast at The Huddle in San Diego. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for starting the day in a relaxing way. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and helpful from the moment I arrived.
The menu offers an incredible variety of options to suit all tastes. I opted for a traditional American breakfast, and everything was perfectly prepared. The eggs were cooked just right, the bacon was crispy and the pancakes were soft and delicious. The coffee is also worth highlighting, being strong and aromatic, exactly how I like it.
In addition to the delicious food, the atmosphere at The Huddle is a big plus. The place is charmingly decorated, with a welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home.
I highly recommend The Huddle to anyone in San Diego who wants to enjoy a high-quality breakfast in a pleasant environment. I will definitely be back on my next visit to the city!

Attempted to have morning breakfast, the two waitresses were grumpy old ladies. One smelled of cigarettes, both had a fetish over a chair that should have not been put at a table for four as it blocked their way behind the counter. If the chair can not be used, don't put it at the table. They were very rude about letting us know that the chair can not be there. On the other hand, the food may have been good but we were not going to stay to find out. Attitudes (other than the cook) sucked! Not a welcoming place to start your day.

Absolutely love this little Ma & Pa restaurant in SD. Felt like I was back home at my grandparents house as a little kid. I had the chorizo and eggs plate with some homemade salsa and it was delicious. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the SD area!

My queen and I stopped here for breakfast, well, our second breakfast, but breakfast in Pacific Time. Lol. The customer size was medium since there were some tables full and some tables empty. I noticed that some of the empty tables were dirty, but I was unaware of how long the tables had been empty. An elder male sitting at the counter recommended the pancakes, which I ordered and enjoyed! By the time I began enjoying it, the elderly male had left, so I was unable to thank him for the advice. The smoked ham was tender and the eggs were great! If I'm ever in San Diego again, I'll return!

Great spot for that warm fuzzy feeling while you eat standard dinner fare cooked and served expertly by the owners kids. As the owner sits at the back table, sharing stories and lovingly hassles the regulars.
