Went to this specific restaurant, we sat down and waited about 15 min to just take our orders, and on top of that, it was another 1hr to just get one of the sides that we asked (fruit bowl). Staff was just all over the place, no organization at all. I saw tables that came after us getting food before ours and i almost called the manager of how much out of place it was. The food does not meet the price as well. I have been on multiple ihops where the food was way better. Lastly, whenever me and my wife walked out from there, we saw multiple homeless people right outside next to the door. Like, at least control the outside area to keep it safe. Highly do not recommend to eat in there

We arrieved at 9.12p.m and the closing time says 10pm. The hostess said she was closing now and we could not go in because she had anither job to go at 3am so she was closing early. I think thats not costumers problem and if the closing time is 10pm they should close on time.

I’m European and not used to such big portions. Most dishes are very high in calories. The food is meh, nothing special.
came in tonight and had a great experience. food was fresh and delicious. i had the biscuits and gravy combo. but what really made this trip a good experience was the service. my server Martha went above and beyond. she deserves recognition for how friendly and hardworking she is. i will be coming back!

Put in my order arrived at the location. They didn't want to give me my order without seeing the email with my name. Because the apps confirmation screen has no useful identifiable information.I did not get an email from IHOP but confirmed via password reset I was getting emails from IHOP.The apps transactions history did not show my order. So I couldn't get back to the confirmation screen.Ultimately I had to threaten to cancel the order and dispute the transaction.Checked screen saw my name.Gave me my order.Could have easily just asked to check my id.
From what I could tell, this is not the IHOP you'd want to take the family to. Area is very sketchy. It's across the street from a strip bar.Inside the restaurant is very outdated. The tables were very worn. We did not get our drink order right away. The waiter was okay. The most annoying part was that their radio kept changing stations. THE WHOLE TIME. Like someone left it on scan!!! Our food was not too bad. My Chicken fried steak was cold and very chewy. I ordered a side of bacon and fries, and that did not come with the rest of our food. Waited on that for about 10 minutes.

Waited for service to be seated. Got my name put on a list and told it would be a min. Sat down and waited. Waitress comes out and there is a line of people waiting at the door now. She asks if anyone is waiting to dine in and I assume she would look at the waitlist and call me to seat me. A couple who was waiting in line says they are waiting to dine in and she seats them immediately. What kind of service is this. She literally saw me standing and waiting and takes my name then seats someone else.. I walked out and went to Dennys. Never coming back or recommending this place.
