Got seated within 15 minutes but once we got seated we waited 15 minutes to get help and 40 minutes to get our food. We were super hungry by than we ate our food fast within 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

You can never go wrong with IHOP great food and the service was on point....
Waitress was very nice and attentive, quality of food was poor and missing ingredients in BLT sandwich. Overall experience 3 stars. They did practice social distancing inside restaurant

I would have given this restaurant 4stars but it smelled really awful in there. I went inside to use the restroom & it was dirty; one of the stalls stunk because it wasn’t flushed & they were out of toilet rolls. I couldn’t wait to hurry out of there. I would not be visiting again. 2 stars for good customer service.
