EDIT: Contacted Ihop on FB and they got back to me and refunded the wrongly charged amount!The food and coffee were good, that's why I'm updating the grade.I ate there on Saturday (2 March) morning and got charged for the wrong amount. After I came back, the manager claimed to have cancelled the charge and charged me again for the correct charge. Enjoyable. No frills. JustEnjoyable. It did what I was hungry for. Hostess was great the booth I wanted needed cleaning so she went right to workWaiter a little annoying kept asking me what I wanted to dri k after I told him I was waiting for a friend and would place an order when he arrived. Food was goodSufficient for the moment. Would I return? Sure of in the area and wanted the very basic type food.

Absolutely an amazing experience. I visit Mission Beach 2 times per year and I plan on returning to this IHOP location. I am one of those who like to try new restaurants especially when visiting another city. I always knew IHOP was there but you can get IHOP anywhere.
