Really delicious gnocchi with creamy mushroom sauce. Special of lobster ravioli with spicy red sauce was good but spiciness covered the lobster flavor some. Good pour for glass of red wine & tasty Cesar salad. Delicious limoncello cake too. I will go back.

I went for a friend's birthday dinner. Two of the three of us got one of the dinner specials and the other something from the menu. All of our meals were quite tasty. In addition we all enjoyed the pesto sauce that came out with the bread before the dinner. The service was good and we closed the place down chatting with Giovanni. Overall great experience.!

Had a wonderful experience for a birthday celebration. There were two of us and the service was friendly, the wine was delicious, and the food came out at lightning speed. We were well attended too, but were not made to feel rushed. The place was busy, and as it got busier the noise level did rise. It was still quite enough to chat with my friend. All in all, will return!

This place is amazing! The food is great! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect! Our server was the best I've had in a long time!

The pizza was surprisingly quite bad — almost uneatable. The cheese may have been low quality or it was over salted in some way. Very disappointed and only had 2 pieces.

The service was slow compared to past visits but otherwise it was a great experience. The food never disappoints!

We took a friend for her birthday last night and thoroughly enjoyed the place. My Italian husband from Rome especially enjoyed the menu choices and conversing with the owners. It was a wonderful spot with authentic foods and tasty wines. 

Service was wonderful (Eduardo was terrific) and food delicious. Would have been a great dining experience but when we were there it was so hot that we felt feverish.

As two Sicilian-Americans, we are very fussy about Italian food. We lived in Little Italy for 23 years, but once Siamo Napoli opened, we only drive to North Park for our Italian food...it's much better and worth the annoying drive in traffic to get there. Owners Flavio, Salvatore, & Giovanni have become our friends, as have most of the fabulous team working there - the regulars who dine there would relate. It gets bustling & loud on the "busy night" (which are those again??? It's always busy, it seems), but they still take such great care of each table, it's quite outstanding! We've spent many holidays, birthdays, and of course EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT SINCE COVID! Favorite dishes: :: Grigliata (roasted seafood with a small arugula-fennel salad) - you may have to ask for it. :: Lamb Ragu - so rich & delicious on a cooler evening :: Roasted Artichokes - simply better than anywhere else I've eaten them :: Gnocchi Bolognese (my husband switches up his pasta shape here) :: Pizza Piccante (or ANY pizza, calzone, etc.) - Real men from Naples have pizza DOWN!!! Best dough around, thanks to Saza! :: Killer cocktails & FABULOUS Italian Wines!!! :: Outstanding Tiramisu We can't say enough about how much we love this place. They have become famiglia.

Great atmosphere. Great service. Great food. Definitely a place where you come as guests and leave as family.

We were visiting San Diego for a long weekend and finding some good Italian food was at the top of our to do list. Siamo Napoli did not disappoint. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely incredible. From appetizers to dessert, and everything in between every dish was a home run. They make an A+ dirty martini as well. I can't say enough good things about our experience. We will most definitely be back next time we are in San Diego.

Totally love this place. Every single dish that we order had it’s own unique and lovely flavour. Our waiter Eduardo was amazing and kind. Would definately recommend this place. Very worth it!!

Food is authentic and delicious. Lots of street parking. We got the fennel sausage pizza and I really like the favor. I think price is quite affordable. Definitely recommend.
