Great bartender too. Started with Negroni and had the house red. Not bad with the diiavola pizza.
Still great Neapolitan style pizza from my beloved store, great sauce as usual, but just something nitpicky this time: if you happened to have changed your recipe recently for the dough to include sugar, cut back on the salt, and/or shortened the fermentation time, it’s affecting the texture of the dough enough to be noticeable (turning it shorter). Or it could just be oven temperature fluctuations today (not high enough)
The BEST GLUTEN FREE Pizza in San Diego … I always panic and have to double check that it’s gluten free lol
