Insomnia is always a good choice for something sweet. They have many different cookies along with different ice cream flavors. We tried the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream, and it was amazing! It was a limited time flavor, but they should really consider adding it to the regular menu!
Didn't know what to make of this place. But glad we stopped by it was super fresh baked cookies with very creamy ice cream. Vegan options and gluten free cookies but no milk alternative for the ice cream
We ordered delivery to our hotel. It's become a tradition every time we visit. This time they missed two items on the delivery and when I called to tell them about it, they immediately sent the driver back out with the missing items and on top of that they threw in some extra cookies for the inconvenience. I was very impressed by the extra effort and everyone got their cookies! Next time we're in PB, we'll be ordering delivery of the best cookies on earth again...
