It is supposed to be open for walk in orders until midnight. It was closed when I walked up at 10:15pm. A bunch of other people walked up and were surprised the door was locked too.

I will not ever go back.

For years this has been the slowest to serve or take your order they pan the drive thru and ignore the front counter sometimes they prefer to carry a conversation near the prep table in between drive thru orders while 2 or 3 people wait to place their order at the front counter...coo-coo
The other reviews are right: they work very hard to make great food at decent prices, but they are chronically understaffed and crowded with homeless.

Just to many homeless, but the drug addicts are always holding up the bathroom or make it where real customers can't use it,as staff will lie and say it's out of order.

This Jack in the box is in a very rough part of town. The store was full of handicapped or homeless customers. Lots of people hanging around outside. Hoping for food to be given to them. Long line of customers. One fellow behind the counter was working so hard to handle taking orders then filling the orders. Definitely low on help. We got our order and took it out. Didn't want to take a table away from somebody who needed it more than we did.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to go in to the store but not an automatic door.

Once it took over 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru and another time 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me.Jack practices false advertisement! 24 days of giving is a lie when you can't order any of the free items in the app. Jack must be a mule because I know the second half of his name.
