Very unsanitary and dangerous environment so unacceptable management for any schedule in that fast food specific area should be professional as to have a complete control of that location for a better future of that specific place of fast food service entrusted to all of the staff personnel!

Food is good even though my first visit they didn't have any carbonated drinks so I had to get Hi-C Fruit Punch on my visit. I've been there two more times without any issues. They are very prompt, and give excellent service. I just wish we could refill drinks on our own.
Also shocked by the fact they allow dogs in here, but I am new to San Diego so I guess I shouldn't be that surprised since I do see a lot of dogs around the city.

I went to Jack-in-the-Box to order the family of four meal deal for me and my family and requested to change my normal fries to curly fries. When I asked to change it, this server named Eli O said no in such a rude way and made fun of my accent. She said “Your accent is funny.” That is so disrespectful and racist for someone to do that. Honestly do better.

Homeless people all over the place. On the front stairs and wheelchair ramp, also in the parking lot loitering. Staff doesn't care at night it's bad. Also the city police have a surveillance type van in the parking lot with a Blue flashing strobe light. Jack in the box Corporate HQ should shut this place down this has been like this for a couple of years.
