Before I say anything else, the lady we spoke to and the lady at the drive thru were really nice and fast. However, I ordered boba milk tea and the boba was inedible. Severely undercooked and felt like I was eating cardboard (to clarify, I’ve had boba from other locations and nothing was wrong). They also got the sizing wrong on one of our fries. They were all medium and we got 2 medium and 1 small. The sandwich and fries tasted fine but how does that kind of boba pass into customer hands? Ruined most of it for me.

Order 2 tacos without cheese and 2 tacos as they come got all 4 tacos without cheese. Order 1 Large fries didn’t get it, 1 Large Curly Fries an Oreo Shake, Spicy Chicken Combo and Got Charged for a Large Fountain drink that i didn’t order and didn’t get either.

Only gave 4 stars only because i asked for two burgers with no ketchup, and they had ketchup. It's happened both times i went there . But the service was great, and it seems like their prices are lower than other Jack' I have visited.Parking: I think they only have a few parking spots up front. other option is parking by gas station across the alley..not sure if that's allowed, tho.

Had a mobile order. After finishing my medium drink (soda) rather quickly, I opened it and noticed there was a SMALLER CUP for COFFEE inside of it. Explain to me why there's a SMALL cup in place of my MEDIUM DRINK that I paid for? I want a fxcking refund.

Today is December 8, 2003, I arrived at Jack In The Box at 6:00 a.m. the doors did not open till 6:25. Because they were doing a shift change. So everybody's life needs to be on hold because of that. They have to understand people have to be at work at a certain time. Because we were rushing them to hurry up and open the damn door. I was told that they do it everyday by another customer. I gave him two thumbs down for customer service. I won't visit this Jack in the Box again. But Allison really made my day by her positive attitude.

I arrived at the store at 6:00 a.m. this morning December 8 2003. The sign says the store is open at 6:00 a.m. but did not open to 6:25 because they were doing a shift change. They're also working to drive through. They have to understand that folks have a life and work also. The manager had a nasty ass attitude. But I want to say thanks to Allison for changing things to a positive note.
