Awful customer service. The food was terrible. They forgot my coffee then made me feel stupid for asking for it. They try real hard here to ignore the customer. They made me order my own meal when there was no line on the kiosk.

I enjoy this jack n a box it's close to home they are always so busy so wait is abit long but good food and nice service.
For me I wouldn't give any stars, there have been two occasions where they forget to put my soda, I speak kindly to the lady who serves me and I tell her that a few days ago they forgot to put my drink in and she answers me very rudely, and I still went back and bought and there were missing ingredients in my burger. It's a terrible service.
