It's a good restaurant. The food came out really hot. So I appreciated that the service is mediocre, the the servers really don't listen to you so that you have to keep repeating yourself.That's the only issue I have with this restaurant

Been coming to this location in Poway since I moved to this town in 1996, been eating here since. Awesome place to dine. Clean. The bathrooms are always clean, comfortable booths to sit at. Get a blast from the past of old Poway, and Jack In The Box, as you glance at the wall, waiting patiently for your order to be called.

I work near by this Jack, but their service really sucks! They’re either not organized, not scheduling enough people during breakfast or the management &/or staff needs better training! They ignore people, while they stand there waiting for help & then start helping someone else that just arrived instead of you! Now to get past that they have a kiosk to make your orders! Today I made a mobile order, walked in and waited. While I waited someone was ordering on the kiosk, then a second person. The 3rd. Person that ordered somehow got their order first, then the second people did… still waiting I’m finally asked what I was waiting on. Took almost 30 minutes to finally get my breakfast order!! Ridiculously bad service, bad customer service that happens day in & day out. Worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to!! 👎👎

The best Jack in the Box. All the workers are friendly, hardworking, and professional.
This was the best jack in the box experience I have had in at least two years. The tacos were crispy and had all the fixings. I actually forgot that lettuce comes in these things because i'm used to them being either devoid of lettuce or its limp and not noticeable. These tacos had shape, they were thick. Also often times the other jack in the box restaurants in the area will neglect the cheese which absolutely destroys the experience, no sauce is common as well. I started eating in my car in the parking lot but then it was so good I started driving and eating at the same time I could not stop for the life of me and I did try. I regret not taking a picture of these tacos and I was thinking about going back even during the 5PM traffic. I will go out of my way to go back to this location despite having one down the street that's way closer.

The food items that I ordered were in stock, the food was 100%"AUTHENTIC ","REAL "! It was not fake at all, but REAL food. The food was all the way cooked, not undercooked and not overcooked. It was cooked just right. Also, they offered Military Discounts. So the experience was the "BOMBDIGGITY "! That means it was pretty good. What they should also do is,on a customer's 5th visit, they should either offer a certain food and/or drink item for free if their price purchase was the amount of $10 dollars or more, or if their last food purchase from them was up to $20 dollars or more, then their next food and drinks purchase, no matter how much they order, no matter the quantity, it should be free, with no questions asked.

**I don't know if you read this correctly, Jack...but I said my order was wrong!*** Wrong orders is not a good time, unless the workers are having a great time doing that...
I feel the cashiers who get the order down correct shouldn't be penalized for another team members mistake. I ordered a breakfast platter with bacon and sausage, but they gave me extra hashbrowns instead.
