Google needs a zero star option. We just tried to eat here for breakfast. Upon arriving to the drive through we asked for a moment to finish deciding on our order. The person at the drive through (who is working right now) repeatedly made comments after that rushing us. “Hello?? What is your order?? You need to speak up?? Hello??” So I screamed that we needed a minute and she continued to rush us. So we left. There was not a single person in line behind us. She had no business giving us attitude. You want to have poor customer service at your location then we will leave and take our business to one of the TWO other fast food locations in that intersection. We don’t have to tolerate rude employees when we are offering your business money. This is the first time I’ve been back since being treated HORRIBLY at your 3rd street, Chula Vista location. Safe to say you lost my business indefinitely. Bye

I could not use the kiosk cuz my order was a little complicated but one of the workers came over with a smiling face and said how can I help you, she took my order with a great attitude, my order came out correct, and it was good.

It's a good restaurant. The food came out really hot. So I appreciated that the service is mediocre, the the servers really don't listen to you so that you have to keep repeating yourself.That's the only issue I have with this restaurant

Been coming to this location in Poway since I moved to this town in 1996, been eating here since. Awesome place to dine. Clean. The bathrooms are always clean, comfortable booths to sit at. Get a blast from the past of old Poway, and Jack In The Box, as you glance at the wall, waiting patiently for your order to be called.

I work near by this Jack, but their service really sucks! They’re either not organized, not scheduling enough people during breakfast or the management &/or staff needs better training! They ignore people, while they stand there waiting for help & then start helping someone else that just arrived instead of you! Now to get past that they have a kiosk to make your orders! Today I made a mobile order, walked in and waited. While I waited someone was ordering on the kiosk, then a second person. The 3rd. Person that ordered somehow got their order first, then the second people did… still waiting I’m finally asked what I was waiting on. Took almost 30 minutes to finally get my breakfast order!! Ridiculously bad service, bad customer service that happens day in & day out. Worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to!! 👎👎
