I give this Jack and the Box a 10/10 simply for their staff member, Simon. He is so kind and never messes up our order. He never complains about how many ranch’s I would like with my order, Instead he is happy to give them to us and is always very positive and polite. We love Simon and are thankful for him working here !! ❤️
The cashier was extremely friendly and the restaurant looked clean and the food was good, hot and freshly made, so Kudos on all that. What was a bummer was I had looked online before going there and they showed 2 tacos for $1.00 and 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5.00. When I went to order in person I was told that you only get those deals if you order online, though I didn't read or see anything that stated that on the web page. Maybe I missed it, but I still find it shady advertising....
