Incompetent. Charged me for an 8 dollar item but didn't put it in my bag

Around 3:20pm today, 07/17/2025 My grandma was ordering food and due ti her accent the workers were laughing at how she was pronouncing her order, and asked 3 times and proceeded to laugh and claim that they did not understand what my grandma was saying. I believe it was very rude and disrespectful.

Great customer service! I have been to the other locations close by and have been disappointed in not only their customer service but their lack of awareness because they always get our order wrong . I wish I got the woman’s name who was being so helpful by the registers but she was awesome. The food was good and our order was correct.

They are incompetent. Don’t come here if you have any coupons or discounts, they will not allow you to use it for some reason even if the date expires in 2030. All I wanted to do is eat.. Every other Jack-in-the-Box, I am able to use these discounts only here. I am not on the supervisor Yuri is weird. 4.23.25 12pm

10 mins after placing my order via the app, I arrived at the drive-thru. There were only about 5 cars in front of me, but it felt like 20 cars. I finally reached the window, the staff told me my order was not ready, and to wait in parking spot 1 or 2 and they'll bring it out. I waited for nearly 25 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer, so I went in and asked about my order, only to find out it was just sitting on the shelf! Sometimes, there's too much talking amongst the staff and not paying attention to the customers. You guys can do better than this! This location is convenient for me, but I'd probably choose otherwise next time.

Jack In The Box is a gem when it comes to fast food. The service is prompt, and the team members are friendly and accommodating. The food is a true delight – the tacos and burgers are fantastic, and their milkshakes are to die for. The ambiance is upbeat and cozy, making it a fantastic choice for a quick meal with a lively vibe. I can't recommend it enough.
