Their tacos are worth trying, I ordered the box with several mini taquitos, loaded. They were delicious!! And the pink lemonade highly recommended

We normally don’t have issues when we come here but tonight the service was bad a question was asked in the drive thru after they responded to that they were told my husband was there for a mobile order, no reply so he drove to the window and your employee took the next persons order and then went on her phone and made him wait. Employees should not be on their phones when there’s people at the window waiting for food they had PRE ORDERED.

Was waiting at the drive thru for a mere 5 minutes..Then the cashier finally said hold on a second I will get your order..unfortunately I had to drive up to the window to find out her headset wasent working ..worst customer service ever..

An employee did not let me enter the bathroom with my daughter who was urinating no empathy it is supposed to be a family place I worked at Jack for many years and those are n ot the company's values They should train employees to be kind and empathetic with customers A terrible experience and among Latinos even worse!!!

At the outside window, I dropped my debit card on the ground as I was handing it to the server. She prepared a cushion between the shelf and my car door to avoid damage to my door while I opened it. Very considerate! An error was made, and other fries were included instead of the curly fries ordered. They sent me home with both on the bag.

Fast food, what can I tell you, it gets you out of trouble, for me they are better than the ones at in and out and similar to those at Carls Jr, their potatoes are good. What I liked is that they had sugar-free tea, the only redeeming feature.

I gave it four stars because I ordered the drink where it's mixed with the energy drink it was full to capacity with ice. So much &:by the time I took a sip of it it was already watery so I went back to the drive-thru I told him what was going on with my drink he was supposed to remake the drink but i ended up with the same thing a cup of ice a couple of ice. I didn't bother to go around the second time I just took it and just a took the ice out and had less than a half or so less than a half a cup of drink.

I'm able to get my ice coffee and back to work in less then 15 minutes. They know what I want and know I'm on break from work sometimes by the time I pay it's done! They are awesome!
I only had 3 bad experiences because of new personal other than that there's this girl who most of the time she's in 3shift and she is super great 👌
