They REALLY packed in a lot of onions rings in here 👏🏽with smaller onion rings hiding inside the big ones. The drink cups are HUGE; Order a regular, it's a Large cup. And the tables here are Clean!

Super kind managers they saw my siblings waiting around for my parents and also noticed my siblings were a couple quarters short for a burger and were very kind and even gave em a complimentary item. I appreciate when businesses show their human side and give back to their community. I love the current promotions like “kids eat free with purchase”. Love jack in the box and I always will be a customer. Keep going!! Y’all make pretty fire 🔥food! Loving new items :) here and there that come out too!

Okay, this Jack in the Box has really gone down in good product and service. The last three times I have been they gave me the wrong food so I had to return. Today I ordered two jumbo jacks w/cheese and got two cheeseburgers. Returned and they gave me jumbo jacks with small hamburger patties that I believe are patties for their hamburger. And it cost $11.98! I am so so so disappointed!

Today, I placed a straightforward digital order for four tacos and four sauces, hoping the process would be smooth. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. This location consistently struggles to get even simple orders right, which is really frustrating when the whole point of ordering ahead is to save time and ensure accuracy. It’s disappointing to see the same issues repeat themselves, and it would be great if they could just follow the order instructions more reliably.
Incompetent. Charged me for an 8 dollar item but didn't put it in my bag

Around 3:20pm today, 07/17/2025 My grandma was ordering food and due ti her accent the workers were laughing at how she was pronouncing her order, and asked 3 times and proceeded to laugh and claim that they did not understand what my grandma was saying. I believe it was very rude and disrespectful.
