Great customer service! I have been to the other locations close by and have been disappointed in not only their customer service but their lack of awareness because they always get our order wrong . I wish I got the woman’s name who was being so helpful by the registers but she was awesome. The food was good and our order was correct.
Jack In The Box is a gem when it comes to fast food. The service is prompt, and the team members are friendly and accommodating. The food is a true delight – the tacos and burgers are fantastic, and their milkshakes are to die for. The ambiance is upbeat and cozy, making it a fantastic choice for a quick meal with a lively vibe. I can't recommend it enough.
3 stars for fast, friendly service. However, I received tacos with no meat!!! Simply lettuce and cheese. I stopped here on the way home so it's too far to go back. I'm glad that the rest of my order was ok but the tacos were the only thing I ordered for myself 😭 next time I'll stick to the Jack in the box near my home
