While eating my Açai primo bowl I found two long hairs in my bowl not even half way through eating it. I called the store and no one answered I left a message but I’m not sure if anyone even listened to it . And before anyone says I “planted” the hairs I’m clearly African American and I have braids this is clearly not my hair.

I was getting a juice here and I was welcomed by the nicest and kindest girl named Emily. I was curious of what smoothie I wanted and she helped me out a ton!! Great drink and food 👍🏻👍🏻

Unbelievable but true!
As a regular customer l was spoiled whenever l ordered a smoothie the extra in the mixer was put in a small cup and handed to me with a smile!
Last time l ordered 2 smoothies,as usual there was extra smoothie in the blender,this time the counter person decided to trash it than give it to me!!!!
I asked why she says that’s against our store policy to give it away!!!
On Monday l went trying to address the issue the lady behind the counter she was very defensive?!
Why are you trying to ridicule my co worker!!!
I’m sure these kind of employees are careless about customer service since it’s not their business!
You aren’t selling gold and Diamond to worry about 2 ounces of smoothie!
I hope my message get to the owner.

Walked in to pick up my mobile order first thing in the morning and I wasn't greeted by anyone at all. When I got my order, I usually get a smaller cup with the leftover from my smoothie and I didn't get that either. My acai bowl wasn't even full like it usually is and overall, i just did not like the unfriendly environment. I will continue to take my money to another location.

I love Jamba but the service is horrible here. I stood at the counter next in line for over five straight minutes before they took my order. I had time to download and play games while waiting first in line. There were three workers cleaning blenders instead of helping the line that was stacking up.
They are definitely not efficient at this store and need to figure out workflow.

Vegetarian options: Most of the ingredients have some degree of non-vegetarian attributes in one way or another. You can be sure of that.

They often do not pay attention to the extra ingredients I request and pay for, and forget to add them. And then cut back on volume to fit the extra stuff in the same size cup, which is not fair considering I pay extra.

My 6 Year old was the impatient Factor in this. 2 smoothie and 2 oz wheatgrass shot. Received smoothie right away but I waited awhile for shot. My kid grew impatient 4 other customers in and out later my shot was served. My kid wave his arm around impatient like and spilt my shot messy floor. It was fresh squeezed wheatgrass. Wheatgrass sours when it sits 5min too long before being consumed. But they took their sweet grass time making that wheatgrass That's what I wanted to say.
Inconsistent with their portions.I always order the same thing, 2 large smoothies (the same kind) and every time the amount of smooth they give me is less and less.Tip? Maybe don't batch my smoothies. Make them one at a time OR make a little extra.
A solid Jamba location.
What happened to this place ?
They are out of everything at 6:30 and they close at 9:00.
