I wanted to give a shout-out to Eric at Jamba Juice because he truly deserves recognition. I stop by in the mornings regularly, and he's always in a great mood. He's friendly, helpful, remembers his customers, and always takes the time to ask how my day is going or offer recommendations.
What really stood out today was when I was leaving with my order. As I was getting into my car, Eric noticed that I was cleaning up a spill inside of the paper bag I was holding after I had accidentally tipped over the oatmeal. Instead of just letting me drive off, he actually came outside to the parking lot and offered to replace the bag so my oatmeal wouldn't spill everywhere. He took my bag inside, cleaned up the spill, and repackaged my oatmeal.
It might seem like a small thing, but it's that kind of attention and care that makes a difference. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, and that's not something you see every day. Eric is a big part of why I enjoy stopping by in the mornings, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for consistently providing such great customer service.

This Jamba has always done a great job. Always recommend, great service. Last visit was not so great, drinks were already melted 1-2 mins from the pickup time. This is a one off experience. Will still be returning. Still recommend.

An employee by the name of Tom who was extremely rude and disrespectful to paying customers. He has no business working in customer service and if people like him is who Jamba chooses to have represent their company then I will take my business elsewhere.

If Tom doesn't like his job.. Tom should quit. He failed to listen to my order, cut me off on every sentence and then proceeded to be very rude and somewhat disrespectful as I know what I ordered and he told me that I didn't say that so I would have to pay the difference after waiting for 5+ mins of him ignoring my initial complaint about how I ordered a medium instead of small. Then after waiting another 5+ mins he could not operate the computer properly to charge the difference. Then told me if I would have asked him nicely it would have been done already. He definitely does not need any job where he has to interact with people.

Awesome service from the female with blonde hair (I didn't get her name) I was the only one in the store, I got my delicious orange dream machine w/ 3G energy boost within two shakes of a lambs tail. Thanks!
Worst service. It was 10am on a Saturday. 2 ladies working. Neither said anything to us when we walked in or asked how they could help. We had to initiate the order, but they seemed to enjoy glaring at us. Very unpleasant experience.
