If you are looking for fresh food— keep moving forward. I ordered an Italian Sandwich — the cheese was cut so thin couldn’t taste it. Vegetables were not fresh— half of the lettuce was in the onion container before my sandwich was made. Onions are incredibly thin and stringy— not crispy. Tomato’s mushy had to have been sitting for a minute because they didn’t taste fresh. Even the bread didn’t taste fresh.
Employees were more worried about getting you in & out quickly than caring about quality of food. Which they weren’t even quick— unfriendly.
Took my sandwich home because the store was dirty and rebuilt it with fresh vegetables.
NEVER again waisting my money or time there. No thank you! I’d rather go to the grocery store and buy my own groceries and build my sandwich.

& they can’t make a proper sand-which. Don’t add extra ingredients if not requested.
I would suggest to management to oversee Blake’s customer service. (Older male with rimless glasses)
It is never okay to tell a customer ask for it next time…. When you can fix it in the moment.
Especially when all you can talk about with your coworkers as how you guys are closing at an earlier time now .

This was our first time ordering from Jersey Mike's. I was excited because he also have gluten-free bread. We ordered the California with extra meat and it came out to about $23 for one regular sandwich. We ordered this for my son's family lunch picnic. Upon opening the sandwich I was very disappointed as there was hardly any lettuce, like one tiny little shrivelled piece. It was mainly meat cheese and one skinny tomato, extremely dry. They did not put the oil and vinegar dressing, lettuce or the requested pickles. I've heard great things about Jersey Mike's and feel like we were totally ripped off. I don't know if it was because it was a busy day for orders for the Curie family lunch day, but I would like to be refunded or given a credit to try you guys again and maybe get a decent sandwich this time. This was NOT worth a $23 sandwich.

I’ve only been to this Jersey Mike’s once before, maybe like 3 months ago to grab a small Turkey and provolone sandwich for an after/gym snack.
This time I had the chipotle cheese steak on rosemary parmesan, and added portobello mushrooms, pepper relish, grilled banana peppers, and grilled jalapeños. This is a sandwich I saw @thatcrazysubguy make on Instagram.
The sandwich was really good! It was spicy, juicy, as cheesy! It was pretty heavy to be honest, but I liked it a lot. I ordered it via the website and it was ready in 10 minutes. Super simple process and easy to grab and go once I was at the store.
Update: I went back tonight and tried the No. 9 Club Supreme. I subbed chipotle mayo for regular mayo and added pepper relish. I also had it Mike’s Way. It was really good! Definitely better than the customized chipotle cheesesteak I had before. I think the cold sandwiches are where it’s at.

Ordered catering boxes for 125 people from this location a month in advance and all was handled seamlessly! DJ and the team took such great care of me - confirmed the order, communicated when it would be ready, offered all the accoutrements and even helped me load my car. What a wonderful group and the food was all perfect. This was a hit and I would highly recommend ordering from this location!

Ordered my food and when I received it there was red hair inside the lettuce. I had already eaten half and I am disgusted.The place wasn’t clean and they messed up my order. The teas were dirty and looked like they haven’t been washed. The place had been only open for 2-3 hours.I recommend tying up the hair better or hairnets because having hair in the food isn’t something any customer wants.

Went in while the store was a little less busy and got the best customer service I'd had in years. An employee named Edgar, greeted me immediately and was very friendly. After telling him i wasnt sute what i wanted to get he walked me through some of his favorite menu options, which I appreciated When I finally ordered he asked me if I had ever had the sandwhich grilled before, and encouraged me to try it. It ended up being delicious. Overall the sandwiches he made were great, and the conversation was even better. Definitely coming back again
