Great quality of fish, diligent service, and anime/Japanese media decor? Fantastic spot. I always get too much cuz it’s all good. Try the one punch roll! They also do sushi platters/boats for larger parties.
I use to live in SD and my husband and I would frequently get take out from Ahi and Dine-in with friends and family. Super convenient spot as there is something for everyone (sushi/rice/stir fry/ramen) literally so many options. Family owned business and customers are definitely treated like family while dining. I highly recommend the salmon nigiri, caterpillar roll, and egg fried rice! I'm hungry just thinking about it. Also, super cool gundam displays created by the owner/chef!

This place is 3 blocks away from home and every time we go the family that owns it has treated our family of 4 with kindness and patience - we have a 6 and a 4 year old. The sushi is great, the soup, also, prices, reasonable and the proximity to home priceless.
