Ordered my food and when I received it there was red hair inside the lettuce. I had already eaten half and I am disgusted.The place wasn’t clean and they messed up my order. The teas were dirty and looked like they haven’t been washed. The place had been only open for 2-3 hours.I recommend tying up the hair better or hairnets because having hair in the food isn’t something any customer wants.

Went in while the store was a little less busy and got the best customer service I'd had in years. An employee named Edgar, greeted me immediately and was very friendly. After telling him i wasnt sute what i wanted to get he walked me through some of his favorite menu options, which I appreciated When I finally ordered he asked me if I had ever had the sandwhich grilled before, and encouraged me to try it. It ended up being delicious. Overall the sandwiches he made were great, and the conversation was even better. Definitely coming back again

We LOVE Jersey Mikes so when we moved into the neighborhood, we were super excited to have one located so close to us. We've visited here often and they consistently give you amazing proportioned sandwiches. My husband eats here ALL the time and when I asked what his favorite was, he said "definitely the Italian!!", and if you're from the East Coast, you'll totally understand! What encouraged me to post about this particular location is an incredible staff member: Crystal. Without a doubt, she is THE BEST at what she does. She is kind, professional, and an exceptional sandwich maker. She is also friendly and courteous, immediately building a rapport with you as she patiently waits for your two kids to place their order. I had a terrible day, I mean on a scale of 1-10, I was a 20. Took the kids there to help me get through the stress because I couldn't make dinner. My day was horrible and Crystal was the only person that showed me kindness and grace. If I could, I would have given her the biggest hug. I left Jersey Mikes trying to hold it together and I cannot thank her enough. If only we had more amazing people like her in this world, what a truly amazing place this would be.

Just order a grilled cheese sandwich, asked them first if that would be possible, the answer was a yes, so I kindly ordered one, paid $9 and they gave me a cold bread without cheese even being melted…. Rip off, would be nice next time just say, I am sorry we cant make a grilled cheese sandwich, that would save me $9 and my time and I would not be upset.Please manager or store owner, as a first time customer, it was a very bad experience.

Tonight my fiancé and I came in to grab two large subs. The sign on the door states they close at 9pm. It was 8:30 when we walked in and the young man working the counter already seemed to be closing up shop. He had just got done cleaning the slicer and became visibly upset that we decided to come in 30 min before they were closing to ordered some subs. He was rude to my fiancé and I. His coworker on the other hand was understanding and helped us as cheerfully as she could despite closing in 30 minutes. I enjoy Jersey Mike's subs but there are other options than over priced subs with rude service. I visit this location often but after tonight, I may not again.
I recently came here to get an original Italian sandwich after watching the Try Guys eat Italian subs on YouTube. I had never really had an Italian sandwich before, but this is everything I expected it to be, nothing too out there. It was loaded with different meats and I could taste each one. I got it mikes way and added some pepperoncini and jalapeños. The bottom bread soaked up all the juices, but the top one was a little dry. Service was pretty good. I had never tasted the red relish before and they let me try it before deciding to put it on my sandwich or not - it tasted like a sweet relish but with peppers. They greeted me as soon as I came in. The place was pretty empty when I got here but they were preparing orders (I'm assuming online orders). I was served within 5 min of arriving.

No joke, This is the best Jersey Mikes I've ever been to! My wife and I go here about 1x a week. Edgar and his team have excellent at customer service skills and getting you in and out of there if you're in a hurry. Ordering online is great to because the sandwiches are always ready on time. Great location and dining ambiance experience. I recommend this Jersey Mikes to everyone! Thank you Edgar and team!
