I usually love ordering at this location and have no issues with my mobile orders! I typically order a regular sub but yesterday I was very hungry and craving so I decided to go for a giant. I always order the same thing, and request no cheese, but add lettuce tomato and mayo. We did a mobile order and picked up our subs yesterday and I was so disappointed! Especially for the cost of the sub I paid for! I received cheese on my sub, tomatoes, mayo, but no lettuce? The people who I normally see at this shop were not working that day, the young gentleman is fantastic. But there was a young woman who gave me and my husband a look like we were an inconvenience for stepping foot into the shop. If I decide to go back I’ll probably avoid doing a mobile order next time so I can verify my orders correct before I drive all the way home.

Every person who I’ve interacted with at the cashier is always so kind. Keep it up Jersey Mikes Murphy Canyon👍🏼 When I do pickup, sometimes the people in the back of the line get their food sooner than me when I called it in 5 minutes prior to picking it up. Not a huge deal though - I’m patient.

Some of the staff are awesome, but most have an attitude. We've tried this Jersey Mike's quite a few times hoping for a change. But the best people who get hired don't last very long. I guess it's the climate of this store. Luckily we have two others to choose from. I don't think we'll ever go back to this one.

It’s the first time ever that I ordered a 9inch #13 THE ITALIAN and it was 8 inches and there was half the cold cuts that are usually in the sandwich. When I returned home I was very disappointed at light the sandwich was. The Murphy Canyon location is a franchise owned by ? And I wonder if it was just a one off or does the owner train the staff to make the sandwiches lighter. Really disappointed.

Staff members awkwardly bantering with customers. I was adamant on getting a different bread as the one being used was from yesterdays batch (hot sub bread), as a former employee at a Jersey mikes I was quick to tell and yet the employee did not cooperate and gave me the same loaf. A sub is only as good as the bread and the rosemary parm was not up to standard as far freshness.
Love this place. Super great service with a really incredible staff. Every time I go I am always delighted by the atmosphere, speed, and care in which I am greeted with. Really good eating too. Recommend!

Walked in and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome and big smiles all around—good vibes from the jump. The team was upbeat, clearly enjoying what they do, and it showed.
I placed my order and within 8 minutes, it was done—fast, efficient, no fuss. Everything looked fresh, and they nailed exactly how I wanted my sandwiches. Shoutout to Donna and Hannah: not only did they do an excellent job, but they kept it light and funny the whole time. Great energy, great service.
