We tried to eat there but parking was very confusing. Take a pic of your licence plate then go and pay I guess at some machine. Maybe I missed the actual restaurant parking. Anyway we left and ate else where but would have loved to try it.

There were no tables so we had to sit at the bar. Be sure to make reservations for a Saturday night. I ordered the Spicy burger and it tasted delicious. A little on the greasy side but still pretty good. Had to wipe my hands after each bite. There was a Serrano pepper in my burger which made it super spicy. The clam chowder was perfection. Service was wonderful. Definitely coming back.

We went for happy hour and we were not disappointed. The prices were good, as was the service. Our drinks all came at different times, which was awkward and change the flow of the meal. Overall the experience was okay, but nothing to write home about.

Great place, too bad there isn't anywhere to dock a tender for a meal. Having to pay for vehicle parking now sucks . Greed everywhere I look. I'll go elsewhere.Edit; 4.7.24 Paid for parking just to find a long wait even though they had open tables. Must be short staffed still. Open a guest dock for tenders! Walked to Mitch's instead

What a pleasant surprise! My family just arrived in San Diego and wanted to sit down at a restaurant. What a great choice!! We initially were a little put off when we realized we needed to pay for parking and also couldn't locate the entrance. Once we got that figured out, we were seated in under 5 minutes. The hostess was really sweet with my daughter. Our waitress Jessica was AWESOME! It was refreshing to have a waitress that actually seemed to enjoy people as this was not the case in a prior experience at a restaurant in Newport. She also made some great food recommendations. The fish was so fresh! The burgers were huge. The fries were delicious. My favorite of all was the lavender martini. Oh my! I will be returning especially for that. What a great start to our San Diego trip! I highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu and the staff were very sweet with my kids.
Fish tacos - not much flavor. Chicken on salad -extremely dry. Ordered the warm chocolate chip cookie dessert. Very small cookie and barely any chocolate sauce. It was basically a dish of vanilla ice cream. Server forgot coffee that was ordered for the dessert. Sub par and disappointing all the way around.
