Kabul West offers delicious and authentic Afghan cuisine, with generous portions perfect for sharing. The qabili pulao with a large lamb shank falling off the bone is a must-try dish. The mantu beef dumplings are also highly recommended. The staff is friendly and provides detailed explanations of the menu. The lamb shank with rice is particularly amazing, as well as the potato & chive mix pancake. For a family meal, the chicken koobideh plate with garlic sauce is outstanding, but you can't go wrong with any dish on the menu.
