Honestly. Disappointed. Kfc quality is pretty good but I didn't get my breast I ordered. Instead they added another leg. The order I made was to share and I only eat white meat. I only got the wing. I also redeemed the offer of "saucy" wings and they were not saucy at all. Second time I try this. Not no more. Pollo loco gives me better service

Perhaps the worst chicken I have ever been served, franchise location needs quality control desperately, chicken was literally not even fried, there was slimy batter still.

The new food item known as The BBQ chicken sandwich, is horrible. I recommend the original food, such as the chicken buckets. The service was bad, there was only 1 employee. And they didn't offer sides, they just placed smashed potatoes with the food.
Waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged while no other customers were being helped. Order was wrong and taste was off. Probably one of the worst KFCs in the area

I was excited to get the double down sandwich since I last had it in 2014, and unfortunately, it is now a disappointment. Initially, I didn't mind the $10.49 price tag, as it is a gigantic sandwich; however, the chicken was overly salted. Only a pinch more of salt would have made this sandwich inedible. 6/10 rating. I'll just stick to ordering their traditional chicken sandwich (with buns) and their world famous bone-in chicken.As far as the service here, it has always been fast and courteous.
