The new food item known as The BBQ chicken sandwich, is horrible. I recommend the original food, such as the chicken buckets. The service was bad, there was only 1 employee. And they didn't offer sides, they just placed smashed potatoes with the food.
I was excited to get the double down sandwich since I last had it in 2014, and unfortunately, it is now a disappointment. Initially, I didn't mind the $10.49 price tag, as it is a gigantic sandwich; however, the chicken was overly salted. Only a pinch more of salt would have made this sandwich inedible. 6/10 rating. I'll just stick to ordering their traditional chicken sandwich (with buns) and their world famous bone-in chicken.As far as the service here, it has always been fast...read full review

Just keep driving. The Spanish lady with the FedU grill service was poor! She started off bad with the disrespectful look then wanted to nickel and dime me for a damn ranch dressing.
