Very disappointing experience. We came to this KFC before closing time—the store was supposed to close at 11, but starting around 10, the staff kept rushing us to “choose quickly.”
On top of that, they barely listened to us while we were trying to place our order. When we finally ordered, we were given no service at all—no napkins, no sauce, no utensils.
Unfortunately, the food quality was also terrible. Overall, a very poor customer service experience.

🤬Health department needs to shut this place down before another person gets sick..got a chicken sandwich rotten,old,black inside,ate half of it before I noticed it, a couple hours later got really sick ,2 days at the hospital 2 days no work, complained to the manager no help just gave me another chicken sandwich, never buying from KFC again,

This kfc in particular was very disrespectful not just to me but to the older lady that worked there and didn’t really understand English and I once ordered a box’s of kfc chicken and I saw mold on my chicken and they didn’t give a refund just cause I ate one

Got an original recipe 16 piece chicken bucket. It was expensive, but tasty.

Our cashier Shirley was Amazing !!! She literally went above and beyond!!!!. Literally made our experience there the best we have ever had on any KFC we have been to. 10/10 service
