Five stars compared to all the other fast food establishments. For restaurants in general, somewhere between 2-3 stars. I really like the Famous Bowl: tasty enough, portion is good enough.
Avoid this place at all costs. It's absolutely horrendous. Also, they don't sell KFC sauce.

I was looking forward to the biscuits most of all. Two of my biscuits were old and stale. When I tried to break them open to add butter they broke into pieces like rocks. Ruined my lunch. Didn't want to drive back for replacements.

I made a big order for my crew and when they got there they were told that it was already picked up even though I never received any confirmation. They also claim that they were given a confirmation code but that's impossible since no one else had access to it. I'm still waiting on my refund...

The $10 dollar bucket and strips deals makes KFC worth visiting again. The place is clean and service is friendly and fast. The food is consistently good, although the pieces have transformed into smaller pieces over time. If you are a fried chicken fan, make sure to ask for extra crispy!

The black woman who claims she is a manager on duty did a horrible job in a customer service. She doesn’t know what it is keeping customer happy means in the way serve the right food on the right time.

This used to be the best KFC in San Diego! Unfortunately it is now completely unreliable. Orders are missing pieces or contain wrong pieces. Management seems unconcerned about errors that compromise the customer experience. Very sad that such a reliable spot has become so terrible.

I arrived at 11:15 and they told me kfc closes at 11 which was fine. I ordered Taco Bell and they gave me all my food half wrapped. Let me tell you I ordered $40 of food and the Crunchwrap" had no crunch to it it was just lettuce tomato cheese and sour cream. It's crazy that they made my food not the way they should be. Not satisfied at all. They close at 1130 and I live a little far so I couldn't go back in time. Hopefully the manager fixes that issue with their staff. Every guest should receive what they pay and my $40 of food should be worth the visit. And my Doritos taco was not even a taco that was crushed up
